You may not copy,  re-sell or re-distribute artwork, images or text  content in anyway or under any circumstance. Anyone attempting to do so will be held accountable to the full extent of the law. 

 

Shipping & Delivery (within Australia)


  • - Free Delivery On Card & Tag Orders Over $150*

 

Rachel Kennedy Designs aims to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. If your items cannot be supplied within this time frame we will contact you. All wholesale orders are sent the most economical and quickest way possible. We use a variety of carriers including DHL, TNT,  UPS, Fastway and Australia Post.

 

All items are packaged and labeled with much care, therefore the chance of parcels being lost or damaged in transit is extremely rare. Expected delivery time is within 1-3 working days from time of postage, except for those in Perth, where parcels can take 7-10 days depending on the items being sent. Postage costs are calculated as per the Australia Post/Fastway website, determined by the weight and size of the parcel. All parcels sent contain a tracking reference number to enable us to monitor the status of your delivery. In the rare case a parcel goes missing customers will need to repurchase the items in question as Rachel Kennedy Designs cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. 


*Free frieght offers only apply to items that are in stock at the time. Anything that is not in stock will be placed on backorder and sent free of charge when the items arrive back in stock.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us and as such we commit to not pass your details on to any third party. Your details will be used exclusively for the processing of your order and to ocassionally send promotion materials.  You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via the link on the bottom of your emails or by looging into your account and changing your account settings. Credit card details are handled securely by PayPal, payment services provider and details are not stored after the transaction concludes, ensuring a safe and secure online shopping experience.

 

Returns & Replacements

*PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY: Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

 

Rachel Kennedy Designs packages all our lovely products with much love and attention to detail, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us at info@rachelkennedydesigns.com  and within 48 hours we will contact you and organise a replacement.

 

1. The item/items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. 
2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 
3. Email us at info@rachelkennedydesigns.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 
4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. Rachel Kennedy Designs will cover the cost of shipping for any replacement item

All payments are handled securely by PayPal. Please be aware that prices, promotions and any other details contained within this website are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Currency

All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the Rachel Kennedy Designs website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST exclusive.

  

Viewing Orders

Your transaction history and orders can be checked through your account portal. Simply log in to view your status, payment & order history. Further details can be obtained by emailing info@rachelkennedydesigns.com

 

Updating Account Information

You can easily update your account details by logging into your account. In the event you change your physical address or email address please update your account so purchase confirmation emails and delivery occurs correctly.

 

Termination of Accounts
Rachel Kennedy Designs reserve the right to remove any account of customers who we feel are;

  • aggressive or rude to our customer care team, whether by email or phone.
  • we suspect of copying and sharing resources illegally.
  • we feel are misusing our misrepresenting our brand, products or image in any way. This can include, but is not exclusive to poor product merchandising.
